AI skills
for every team

AI is reshaping the playing field at lightning speed and many organisations wonder how to keep up. Our AI workshop gives your team the mindset, the tools and above all the hands-on experience to achieve results straight away—without hype or unnecessary buzzwords. In just a few intense hours we not only explain what generative AI and ChatGPT actually do, we let participants build, experiment and optimise themselves so the new knowledge lands in practice the very same day.

Learning by doing.

What do you gain?

Practical impact, not a theory circus

Automate

Discover how one smart prompt makes repetitive tasks disappear so your people can focus on creative work.

Integrate

Connect AI output directly to existing workflows—from CRM to Power BI—and make processes 30% smoother.

Innovate

Use experiment sprints to invent new services that seemed impossible only yesterday.

Secure

Learn safe prompt patterns and policy so data stays protected and compliance risks decrease.

Short but powerful.

Why an AI workshop matters now
A steep learning curve? We turn it into a gentle slope.

AI is everywhere

We notice that almost every company has tried a one-off ChatGPT pilot, yet structural value often fails to emerge. That is why we combine theory (maximum 20%) and practice (minimum 80%) in a single session.

Ready for use

Participants leave the room with a set of crafted prompts, a prototype workflow and a list of next steps. Not just a fun Friday afternoon exercise but something that saves time on Monday.

  • Immediate productivity gain

  • Improved AI literacy across the team

  • Safe, repeatable prompt frameworks

  • Inspiration for future AI agents

  • Clear decision criteria for next steps

Programme in 5 steps.

From context to prototype: this is how we extract maximum value from AI in a single session.

Step 1 — Set the context

Step 1 — Set the context.

We start with a quick baseline assessment: which tools does your organisation already use, where are the bottlenecks, what is the level of data maturity? By showing concrete examples from your practice we create a shared framework.

Step 2 — The power of prompts

Step 2 — The power of prompts.

From basic to expert. We explain the building blocks—role, goal, context, constraints—and demonstrate prompt chaining for more complex tasks. The group applies this immediately to its own cases so aha moments arise spontaneously.

Step 3 — ChatGPT in your daily work

Step 3 — ChatGPT in your daily work.

Brainstorming, rewriting, analysing tables; we show how ChatGPT Plus also processes images and raw data. We continually stress the importance of human oversight.

Step 4 — Beyond ChatGPT: AI agents

Step 4 — Beyond ChatGPT: AI agents.

Participants discover how internal knowledge bases, API connections and file systems merge into a mini agent—a digital colleague that handles tickets or drafts social posts.

Step 5 — Build a prototype

Step 5 — Build a prototype.

During the break-out sub-teams immediately create a working prototype, often in Zapier, Make or Python. The result is a live workflow before the session ends, however small.

A philosophical view on AI adoption

A philosophical view on AI adoption.

From fear to curiosity

History shows that every technological wave both eliminates and creates jobs. Artificial intelligence is no exception. Yet today’s debate is often polarised: utopia versus doom. During the AI workshop we nuance that opposition.

Queues disappear, value rises

By automating routine tasks humans can focus again on connection and creativity. That may sound idealistic, but examples such as automated customer service show a measurably higher NPS.

Responsibility remains human

Although models are becoming faster, ethics is still a human task. We therefore always spend time on bias detection and the formulation of guardrails, because only then can trust grow.

Seven concrete prompt formats

Seven concrete prompt formats.

Ready to try in your job

Everyone googles "best prompt", but copying rarely works. That is why we teach you to create tailored templates.

Persona prompt

Ask ChatGPT to act as "Senior B2B SaaS marketer" and you suddenly receive contextual advice instead of generic copy.

Format prompt

Provide a JSON schema or table structure and the AI returns data ready for upload.

Style prompt

Specify tone, jargon and humour. For example: "Write in plain language, casual, with an occasional joke."

  • Checklist prompt

  • Red-team prompt (spotting errors)

  • Scenario prompt

  • Multi-step prompt

A critical note: limitations and pitfalls

A critical note: limitations and pitfalls.

AI does a lot, but not everything

Generative models sometimes hallucinate—that is common knowledge. But there are subtler risks: over-reliance, waning creativity, hidden costs.

Data leak lurking

Paste your internal KPIs into a public tool and that information could theoretically feed model training. Hence we teach safe zones and scrub strategies.

Pseudo-optimisation

An AI-generated report may look fancy, but if the data source is flawed it remains worthless. We therefore emphasise data cleaning before automation.

"A deal is a deal"

Yield.inc is a new asset manager in the Netherlands that focuses on excellent customer experience, sustainability and technology. When faced with the question of whether to develop our platform in-house or with a partner, we got in touch with Spartner. We are still 100% behind the choice for Spartner because we own the source code and with Spartner, a deal really is a deal, whether it concerns the delivery date or the agreed budget!

"Doijer & Kalff"

After transferring our D&K portal to Spartner, we have elevated the further development and continuity to a higher level. Although the D&K platform was originally developed internally, our technical expert can now focus on other innovations within Doijer & Kalff. Spartner provides the quality we need without excessive costs. They have seamlessly taken over the care of our portal, allowing us to benefit from a flexible capacity that perfectly aligns with our future plans and innovation goals.

"As a business you must dare to move forward"

Innovation and change are not always welcomed with equal enthusiasm by our employees, man is a creature of habit but as a company you have to dare to move forward and the need for a contemporary drawing program for the realization of various constructions with our Masterbloc bricks was high. For us but also for Spartner, this challenge was a bit of pioneering and together we had to overcome some hurdles to arrive at a beautiful and efficient business tool. A development and learning process for both parties, in which the feedback of questions and desired adjustments by our employees to Spartner was always in good consultation and we could count on quick feedback and targeted solutions. We continue to exchange experiences with Spartner and look back and forward to a successful collaboration.

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers to the questions we hear most often.

😕 Why do we need an AI workshop if employees are already experimenting with ChatGPT?

A one-off experiment prompt is fun but rarely leads to structural productivity growth. The workshop establishes a common foundation, introduces security guidelines and delivers ready-made workflows that are integrated straight away.

🤔 How long does the AI workshop take?

On average half a day. We sometimes extend with an extra prototype afternoon, but that depends on your schedule.

💡 Can non-tech colleagues join as well?

Absolutely. We use clear language and plenty of practical examples. In our experience marketing or HR teams often achieve the biggest gains.

🛡️ Is our data safe?

Yes. We demonstrate how to anonymise sensitive information, how to deploy closed-source models and which policy rules are essential.

🚀 What is the difference between this AI workshop and standard training sessions?

We focus on doing, not just listening. Participants build a mini agent or workflow themselves so the learning curve is steeper and the ROI becomes tangible.

📈 How do we measure success afterwards?

We define KPIs in advance—time saved, error reduction, customer satisfaction—and plan a follow-up to check results and fine-tune.

💰 How much does such an AI workshop cost?

That depends on group size and extra modules. During an intake we explore the scope and only then send a proposal.

🎯 Can we train multiple teams at the same time?

Certainly. We split the group into parallel tracks and scale up guidance with additional AI experts to guarantee quality.
