Student room mediation since 2010

MaastrichtHousing.com mediated between students and providers. Because these providers consist of universities, housing associations and private individuals, the software must support various processes. This ranges from a live chat module and bidding rounds to managing technical defects and facilitating the cleaning service.

For the university's own offer, the Guesthouse, the occupancy rate of all rooms is smartly taken into account in order to keep it as high as possible. Students automatically receive the option to pay the rent every month directly within the platform.
