We start with the basics: how generative AI models synthesise text, images and even data. Participants are often amazed when a simple prompt turns raw tables into readable insights. We also zoom in on conscious and safe usage — privacy, copyright and confidentiality.
Prompt engineering sounds complex, but once you grasp the anatomy it is straightforward. We cover roles, tone of voice, chaining and function prompts. On top of that we practise live generating customer personas and consistent writing styles.
Now it gets concrete: brainstorming, rewriting and structuring with ChatGPT Plus. Upload a PDF or Excel file and watch the chatbot extract insights. Not a generic demo, but your own material.
