AI workshops
that really deliver

No hype, just clear guidance. In our interactive sessions we translate artificial intelligence into everyday practice — think smarter content creation, streamlined processes and better decision-making. What we notice is that after just one day teams look at their tasks differently, because the barrier to experiment with AI suddenly disappears.

Learn smarter with AI.

Why wait?

AI is tomorrow already, not the distant future.

Automate

Hit deadlines faster by scrapping repetitive work. Bots that sort emails, draft reports and prepare data exports — saving hours.

Integrate

Make your tools talk, from CRM to project board. A central AI layer fetches context and delivers insights exactly where you need them.

Innovate

Create new services by using generative models for concept sketches, scripts or personas. Ideas suddenly start flying around.

Safeguard

Security first: we cover ethics, data protection and governance so your compliance officer can actually sleep at night.

A pressure cooker of insights.

A pressure cooker of insights.

In practice we often see AI treated as a stand-alone gadget, separate from the real work processes. Compare it to a high-tech food processor left in the cupboard: powerful but useless without recipes and courage. During our workshops every team receives concrete recipes — prompts, workflow sketches and evaluation checklists — so the machine is switched on immediately.

What does it deliver?

  • Faster content cycles, as ChatGPT drafts and you only fine-tune

  • Less manual work: repetitive data tasks shift to scripts or agents

  • Better decisions by rapidly simulating scenarios with generative AI

  • Team members become AI-literate and keep spotting new opportunities

Five steps to AI mastery.

A structured roadmap we follow during the workshop — from understanding to a tangible prototype.

Step 1 — ChatGPT as smart work partner

Step 1 — ChatGPT as smart work partner.

We start with the basics: how generative AI models synthesise text, images and even data. Participants are often amazed when a simple prompt turns raw tables into readable insights. We also zoom in on conscious and safe usage — privacy, copyright and confidentiality.

Step 2 — Prompt power, from basic to expert

Step 2 — Prompt power, from basic to expert.

Prompt engineering sounds complex, but once you grasp the anatomy it is straightforward. We cover roles, tone of voice, chaining and function prompts. On top of that we practise live generating customer personas and consistent writing styles.

Step 3 — AI in your daily work

Step 3 — AI in your daily work.

Now it gets concrete: brainstorming, rewriting and structuring with ChatGPT Plus. Upload a PDF or Excel file and watch the chatbot extract insights. Not a generic demo, but your own material.

Step 4 — Beyond ChatGPT: agents and workflows

Step 4 — Beyond ChatGPT: agents and workflows.

Teams discover which internal data is available and which tasks lend themselves to a mini-agent, such as an internal knowledge bot or social-content generator that works 24/7.

Step 5 — Build a prototype

Step 5 — Build a prototype.

We wrap up by building. In small groups you assemble a workflow or simple prototype. Not perfect, but working — that hands-on experience makes all the difference.

A philosophical view on AI skills

A philosophical view on AI skills.

Why machines only create value through people

AI fascinates, but without human curiosity it remains dumb software. That is why we show how interpretation, context and ethics come together.

Human & machine

Prompting is talking to potential. Yet you decide which answers are correct, what risk you take and when to say no.

Creative symbiosis

When ChatGPT suggests campaign titles, you still choose the tone. The machine sketches, you paint the final picture.

Practical tips that work instantly

Practical tips that work instantly.

Small tweaks, big impact

That powerful prompt

State goal, role, style and output type. For example: "You are a critical marketer, write a concise SWOT in table form."

Iterative improvement

Ask follow-up questions in the same thread. Sounds simple, yet it massively boosts quality.

Template library

Store successful prompts in Notion or Confluence so colleagues can ramp up faster.

H3 Subsection: Sharing safely

  • Sanitise confidential data

  • Don't publish model output blindly

  • Log prompts for audit trails

A critical look at pitfalls

A critical look at pitfalls.

Not everything that glitters is smart

Danger of hallucination

A chatbot can invent facts. Check sources and make human review mandatory.

Model bias

The dataset shapes the output. Make diversity and inclusion explicit requirements during prompt testing.

Over-automation

Automating for automation’s sake creates new silos. Process first, then tool.

"A deal is a deal"

Yield.inc is a new asset manager in the Netherlands that focuses on excellent customer experience, sustainability and technology. When faced with the question of whether to develop our platform in-house or with a partner, we got in touch with Spartner. We are still 100% behind the choice for Spartner because we own the source code and with Spartner, a deal really is a deal, whether it concerns the delivery date or the agreed budget!

"As a business you must dare to move forward"

Innovation and change are not always welcomed with equal enthusiasm by our employees, man is a creature of habit but as a company you have to dare to move forward and the need for a contemporary drawing program for the realization of various constructions with our Masterbloc bricks was high. For us but also for Spartner, this challenge was a bit of pioneering and together we had to overcome some hurdles to arrive at a beautiful and efficient business tool. A development and learning process for both parties, in which the feedback of questions and desired adjustments by our employees to Spartner was always in good consultation and we could count on quick feedback and targeted solutions. We continue to exchange experiences with Spartner and look back and forward to a successful collaboration.

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers to the questions we hear most often.

What prior knowledge is required? 🙂

None. We start from zero and quickly move up to advanced prompts, so both junior and senior can follow.

Can a workshop be held on site? 🤔

Absolutely, we are happy to come over. But online works just as well thanks to interactive break-outs and screen sharing.

How large can a group be? 😅

Between 6 and 15 participants is ideal. Larger is possible, but we will split up to ensure enough personal attention.

Is our data safe during exercises? 🔒

Yes. We use synthetic or anonymised datasets and explain best practices around privacy and IP protection.

Do you have examples from our sector? 📊

Most likely. During the intake we gather cases from similar organisations and incorporate them into the programme.

What does it cost? 💸

Investment varies by duration and customisation. We discuss the context first, then provide a transparent proposal.

Can we get support after the workshop? 🛠️

Definitely. Think prompt coaching, data integration or building your own AI agent.

Does this work for non-tech teams too? 🙋‍♀️

Yes indeed. Finance, HR and communications often gain the most because repetitive work is part of their daily routine.

Feel like a cup of coffee?

Whether you have a new idea or an existing system that needs attention?

We are happy to have a conversation with you.
